EMvTW Special 21 - Surak VS-5047-81192259584-5 (Vulcan Long Range Shuttle (SW7 Class))

Rewrites: NONE YET

Our next Special Edition model from the Eaglemoss Star Trek collection is the SW7 Class Long Range Shuttle, and is from one of the movies rather than a series.

It's been two month since my last review.  This time, the delay wasn't financial.  I actually have completed collecting all 180 of the Standard Edition models that were released and I am continuing to collect the Specials and Extras as they trickle into the collection.  Sometimes, life throws curve balls at you.  And I think we can all agree that 2020 has... how shall I say it... not been the best year.  Well, there have been lots of things happening behind the scenes for me which can best be summed up with the following picture...

But, I really want to push through and continue with these reviews, so enough of that introduction and let us move forward.  Hopefully I can get back into some sort of groove and keep writing these things on a more regular basis.

We first get to see this starship in the movie called Star Trek: The Motion Picture. (1979).  My collection consists of the very large Eaglemoss model, and the very small MicroMachine model.

EMvTW 171 - Denobulan Medical Ship

Rewrites: NONE YET

Our next review is going to cover the Denobulan Medical Ship.  At first glance, and from a distance, this rather unassuming looking ship could almost pass for a Vulcan vessel of the same era.

We first get to see this starship in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode called "Cold Station 12".

Rewrites: NONE YET

With only TEN more Standard Edition models left in the Eaglemoss collection after this, we continue to see more and more one off ships.  Our next review is that of the Tsunkatse Arena Ship.

We first get to see this starship in the Star Trek: Voyager episode called "Tsunkatse".

EMvTW Extra 23 - Friendship 1 (UESPA-1) (Deep Space Probe)

NOTE:  You can click on most pictures to get a larger view of them.

Rewrites: NONE YET

The next Bonus Edition model to come out of Eaglemoss was not a starship at all, but rather a deep space probe called Friendship 1.

We first get to see this deep space probe in the Star Trek: Voyager episode called "Friendship One".

EMvTW 169 - Kes' Shuttle

NOTE:  You can click on most pictures to get a larger view of them.

Rewrites: NONE YET

This review is going to focus on a ship we see in one episode, a ship that Kes used to visit the USS Voyager.

We first get to see this types of starship in the Star Trek: Voyager episode called "Concerning Flight".  Apparently though, the CGI model was reused in a slightly modified way in at least five different episodes including the variant we see for this Eaglemoss model.  This particular one appeared in the Star Trek: Voyager episode called "Fury".

EMvTW 168 - Suliban Freighter

NOTE:  You can click on most pictures to get a larger view of them.

Rewrites: NONE YET

The Suliban were an interesting race to encounter in the Star Trek Universe.  During our many encounters with them, we also got treated to several different types of ships as well.  The Suliban Freighter was one such vessel.

We first get to see this starship in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode called "Future Tense".

EMvTW SC06 - Shuttlecraft Collection Set 6

NOTE:  You can click on most pictures to get a larger view of them.

Rewrites: NONE YET

It has been a little while, but here we are again, departing from the regular lineup of Standard Edition, Special Edition and Bonus Edition models.  This time around, we are reviewing the Shuttlecraft Collection Set #6.  This review is going to also differ from others that I typically write, in that it will cover four different Eaglemoss models in one article.

The set consists of four smaller than Standard Edition sized models, with accompanying half height magazines and something called Okudagrams.
