Rewrites: NONE YET
As we go into this review, we can see the checkered flag just around the corner. This is the second to last review of my Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection series. While we have still have a shuttle set and two more specials to review, there is just this model and one more of the Standard Issues.
With that being said, this review is going to take a look at The Vidiian Starship.
We first get to see this starship in the Star Trek: Voyager episode called "Fury".
Per Memory Alpha and Beta, "The Vidiian starship was a massive starship utilized by the Vidiians in 2371 and 2372. This class of vessel operated with a crew of well over three hundred, and was armed with hyper-thermic charges and grapplers, which was used to access captured ships."
The ship is never given a classification on screen, however, according to Memory Beta, it was referred to as the Savior Class on at least one occasion.
If you would like to read more official stuff on this type of ship, feel free to check out the following links:

This is the second Vidiian ship to come to us from Eaglemoss, and in my opinion, has a bit more to offer.
The sculpt and mold work is well done on this Eaglemoss model. The front of ship looks good with well defined pincers on the nose.
The ship is covered will all sorts of well defined etchings, which represent panel lines and other subsections of the ship.
The engineering section and adjoined support struts look pretty good, and are complimented with decently placed paint work
The joins and seams are so well hidden into the natural lines of the ship that they are really difficult to spot on a cursory search. This is one well put together model.
The paint work on this model comes off on the slightly busy side, but in my opinion, this is probably the best part of the model. The color difference between the original Eaglemoss Vidiian ship, way back in Issue #103, is major with the original model being more of an orange color, looking more like the shade of the Vulcan fleet of the Star Trek: Enterprise era.
Issue #103: Vidiian Warship Color
Personally, I like the color scheme of this newer model better. It makes for a more interesting looking ship than the one from Issue #103. The entire model is covered with a golden speckled paint job with a slight hint of mottled aztecing.
Certain sections of the ship, like panels, conduits and vents have been given their own paint which help break of the overall golden model appearance.
Eaglemoss even went as far as painting the engine exhaust and intakes.
An over abundance of tiny windows have been painted on the model, which gives you a sense of how big the ship actually is. Because there are no molded window details, we do not have any issues of misaligned window paint that we sometime see on other Eaglemoss releases.
As if to give us one last tiny tidbit of cool factor, Eaglemoss even touched up the nacelle tips with a tiny bit of orange to represent a glow effect.
And that is all the pictures and comparisons I have to share on this ship at this time. At the time of writing this article (February 15th, 2021), I was able to find this model on eBay for $30 (shipping included) and on Eaglemoss' US based Webstore for $25 (shipping NOT included). Traditionally, I have been OK with paying up to $35 from various sources to obtain the Standard Edition models, if they were well made. I felt that this model definitely falls in the category of being well made and quite frankly, it just looks really good for an alien starship. It would be well worth your investment to add to your alien fleet if you are into collecting the non-Terran starships.
BONUS ROUND!!!
Every once in a while, I'll have a little extra stuff to share with you that sort of fits in with my comparison articles.
This model will most likely mark the last of the Vidiian starships that we will see come out of Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection series. Which brings the Vidiian fleet to a total of TWO starships.
